Servicing Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Servicing Coordinator. As a Servicing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to their diverse customer base. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, this is an opportunity you don't want to miss
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating reactive repairs, workshop repairs, and trial equipment as required.
- Ordering parts for repairs and maintenance, and scheduling and booking engineers based on customer requests.
- Liaising with customers and our operations team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Providing customers with the necessary knowledge to help maintain and care for their products.
- Assisting the customer service team in handling customer queries/customer complaints by promptly responding to calls and emails.
- Proactively troubleshooting queries on the phone to provide resolution as quickly as possible.
- Carrying out any other reasonable instructions to support our client's business.
- Demonstrating and upholding the organisation's core values in all aspects of your work.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions.

Job Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time Monday - Friday working 7am - 4pm (open to 8am - 5pm) with a 30 minute lunch.
