Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary:

Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly organized and responsible Service Coordinator to join their expanding team. As a Customer Service Coordinator/Scheduler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the service delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Coordination: Assist with the booking in of service visits, receive calls from trade operatives, and assist them with their enquiries.
  • Customer Service: Receive enquiries from clients who wish to book in services, provide information and support to customers, and resolve any queries or issues.
  • Administration: Place material orders through the system, upload requests for jobs to be completed, and manage the diaries of a team of trades people.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Work closely with the Accounts Team to create weekly reports, gain authorization from managers for payments, and input invoices.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous telephone customer service skills and experience are essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Administration Skills: Excellent administration and data inputting skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy at all times.
