As a Breakfast Team Leader, your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting our breakfast manager to lead the breakfast team. You will be greeting our guests with a friendly and warm welcome, seating them for breakfast, explaining our breakfast concept to them and taking hot drink orders whilst also working to train and coach the team members to providing excellent service to our guests. As a Team Leader, you will support with any service recoveries and lead your shift in the absence of the breakfast manager.

We are looking for someone who has...

  • Availability to work 32 hours per week across 4-5 shifts per week (full shift Saturday and Sunday, plus 2-3 shifts throughout the week with 2 consecutive days off)
  • Experience as a waiter/waitress or server ideally in a 4 or 5* Hotel
  • An eye for detail - you will make sure our breakfast service is up to voco standards
  • An un-stuffy, thoughtful approach to service. You will be someone who enjoys to showcase your personality and your ability to be a host to our guests, providing them with a laid-back stay
  • An interest in our environment and sustainability - we are characterised by innovation and finding ways to become more sustainable
