About the Company:

As their E Trading Risk Director, you will play a key role in shaping their risk strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement risk management frameworks and policies for E Trading activities
Monitor e-trading operations to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks
Provide guidance and expertise in risk identification, measurement, and control activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of risk management practises
Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practises in E Trading risk management
Lead a team of risk professionals to achieve departmental objectives

Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Extensive experience in risk management, specifically in E Trading within the banking industry
Strong understanding of e-trading products, systems, and platforms
Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to E Trading risk management
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proven leadership abilities and experience in leading high-performing teams
