The Relationship Manager is responsible for researching and identifying net new participants focusing on our key segments: provider, payer, employer, pharma, healthcare retailers and government. This position reports to the Head of Growth and Connect Program Director. This role plays a critical role in the growth strategy of the organization with significant visibility, crossover into other departments, and interaction with internal and external stakeholders including partners and sponsors. Well qualified candidates will have worked in business development, sales, fundraising and/or account management for at least 3 years. Experience managing relationships w/ C-level executives is highly valuable.

Responsibilities and Duties include:

Research and collect contact info to be imported into Connect database i.e.: Top 100 payers, Top 100 providers, Fortune 100 employers, healthcare retailers, consultants, pharma, and government
Identify key influencers/decision makers and teams within strategic "Ambassador" organizations and set up introductory meetings and calls and f2f meetings
Research key partner organizations to expand Connect Program affiliate relationships (working with Director of Partnerships)
Provide support for outbound calls to introduce key players to HLTH Connect program
Provide excellent customer service and support for hosted buyers, sponsors and partners associated with the program, through a high level of responsiveness and attention to detail
Assist Connect Team to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and key personnel within their organizations to maximize the growth of Connect program

Requirements
A minimum of Three (3)+ years' experience in a outbound cold calling/sales/customer service
Comfortable with client-facing activities and working with High-level, C-suite executives
Strong relationship skills
Self motivated, independent and goal oriented
Proficient in technology ie: Excel, Google Workspace, Salesforce/Hubspot, Powerpoint
Positive attitude with good common sense
Team Player including ability to wear multiple hats
Entrepreneurial spirit encouraged
Detail oriented
Hardworking with a strong work ethic
Ability to learn fast and be flexible (our industry and company move fast and roles often change as we grow)
