Created in 1994 in New York by visionary makeup artist François NARS, NARS Cosmetics is one of the leading and most respected brands in the world of makeup artistry.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
You will inspire and motivate our team in our no 1 flagship business to be the best they can, every day. Through your leadership you will develop the team to deliver our customer engagement programme and create strong connections with our customers through brand history and strong expertise, encouraging them to identify and maximise sales opportunities and strive to deliver excellence. You'll be commercially focused with a proven history in driving a large business and team to achieve exceptional results. You will be empowered to take accountability for driving your business through retail theatre, animation and dynamic service. Thinking outside of the box, you'll use your networking skills to connect with external partners to recruit new customers whilst engaging existing customers and securing brand loyalty to not only NARS but you as an Artist.
We'll ensure you have all the tools you need to achieve your goals, and you'll partner closely with your Area Manager, Education and HR to build a business plan that will drive those KPIs across your team and deliver results. As a NARS Artist and Senior Business Manager, you have the power to deliver a culture through your team that can change the way our clients feels about themselves through your actions, communication and the connections that you make. This will be your daily commitment to your clients, your team and yourself.
PROFILE
Retail Business Management experience essential Must have run a large business in excess of £1 million in the beauty space Proven track record in implementing business strategy, driving KPI's and delivering to sales performance in a retail environment. Demonstrable skills in coaching and developing others with an aptitude for talent development Proven experience in collaborating with other departments such as education/HR and strong understanding of how to implement education into day to day. Excellent written and verbal communication including basic excel/PPT skills Strong experience in artistry, ideally with a qualification desirable Alignment with the group's "Trust8" working principles: Think Big, Take Risks, Hands on, Collaborate, Be Open, Act with Integrity, Be Accountable, Applaud Success The benefits you'll love...
