NARS Resident Senior Artist - Selfridges Oxford Street

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Artist to join our team at Selfridges Oxford Street. As a Resident Senior Artist, you will be responsible for leading the counter team and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement event strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including department store managers and external businesses.
  • Represent the NARS brand and image, and ensure that all counter activities align with the brand's values and guidelines.
  • Coach and develop the skills of the counter team, including artistry, product knowledge, and customer service.
  • Lead team meetings and conduct workshops to improve service and productivity.
  • Support the management team in identifying opportunities for service and artistry development.
  • Attend advanced artistry training sessions and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.
  • Conduct trade tests for potential new employees or promotions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the beauty industry.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
