Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Artist to join our team at Shiseido Company, Limited. As a key member of our counter management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering a successful business by motivating and engaging your team members.
About the Role:
The Senior Artist will be responsible for building and implementing counter event strategies and activity plans focused on new product launches and core focus areas. This will involve collaborating with the Business Manager to develop and execute plans that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Ambassador: Be the NARS brand ambassador through image, artistry, passion, and performance, embodying the NARS image and performance guidelines in all interactions with customers.
- Counter Management: Manage virtual tools and services available to customers, including consultations, online masterclasses, and social media communication, to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Artistry Development: Coach Artists in the art of customer behaviors and consumer trends, and bring NARS artistry to life through on-counter activity days, briefings, and reinforcing brand authority to customers.
- Team Leadership: Lead team meetings and conduct artistry/service-driven workshops based on store-specific training needs, and conduct shop floor coaching/co-serving to develop the skill set of our artistry team.
- Collaboration and Support: Support the management team in identifying service and artistry development opportunities, and work alongside the Regional Trainer where appropriate, to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
Requirements:
- Leadership and Coaching: Proven experience in leading teams and coaching individuals to achieve exceptional results, with a strong commercial mindset and understanding of coaching and people development.
- Event Planning and Execution: Experience in planning and executing events and outreach strategies with proven results, and a flexible working schedule including weekends and evenings.
- Artistry and Service: Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional artistry and service, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations and driving business growth.
