Job Title: Senior Capture Artist

Hiring for a Senior Capture Artist position at Hammer Creative, a leading 360 creative agency specializing in the video game industry. We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and elevate capture projects, direct teams of junior artists, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Capture high-quality video and stills for trailers, social content, and other applications for AAA+ projects.
  • Lead capture projects and direct teams of capture artists for singleplayer and multiplayer assets.
  • Collaborate with editorial, creative leads, producers, designers, and graphics artists to develop bespoke styles and approaches to each asset.
  • Manage time wisely and maintain peak efficiency by staying in close contact with project producers and creative leadership.
  • Play, explore, and break down the content and tools of games to know and share the DNA, capabilities, and opportunities therein.
Requirements:
  • 4-6+ years experience in game capture at an agency or publisher.
  • Experience leading a spectrum of projects from solo cinematic single player trailers to large scale multiplayer projects.
  • Working knowledge of Unreal sequencer or other equivalent in-engine tools.
