Senior Capture Artist

Hammmer Creative is a leading 360 creative agency specializing in the video game industry. We're expanding our London office and seeking a highly skilled Senior Capture Artist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Capture high-quality video and stills for trailers, social content, and other applications.
- Lead capture projects and direct teams of junior artists for single-player and multiplayer assets.
- Collaborate with editorial, creative leads, producers, designers, and graphics artists to develop bespoke styles and approaches.
- Manage time effectively and maintain peak efficiency by staying in close contact with project producers and creative leadership.
- Play, explore, and break down game content and tools to understand their capabilities and opportunities.
- Bring leadership, inspiration, knowledge, and insight to the capture team.
- Guide, educate, and empower other artists to succeed in current and future projects.
- Work with project producers to ensure projects remain in scope and on schedule.
- 4-6+ years of experience in game capture at an agency or publisher.
- Experience leading a spectrum of projects from solo cinematic single-player trailers to large-scale multiplayer projects.
- Working knowledge of Unreal sequencer or other equivalent in-engine tools.
- Experience creating detailed documentation for in-game debug tools.
A full-time staff role with onsite work in our London office, with potential to evolve into a flexible hybrid work-from-home role. We're a dynamic and creative team, and we're excited to welcome a talented Senior Capture Artist to our team.
