Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and elevate capture projects, directing teams of junior artists as needed.
- Develop and implement high-quality capture and creative strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver industry-leading content.
- Manage time effectively, staying in close contact with project producers and creative leadership.
- Guide, educate, and empower junior artists to achieve success in current and future projects.
Requirements:
- 4-6+ years of experience in game capture at an agency or publisher.
- Proven track record of leading projects from solo cinematic single-player trailers to large-scale multiplayer projects.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
