Job Title: Senior Capture Artist

Hammer Creative is a leading 360 creative agency specializing in the video game industry. We're expanding our team and looking for a skilled Senior Capture Artist to join our crew.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior Capture Artist to lead and elevate capture projects. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of game capture, capture project management, and trailer and content creation. They should be able to work collaboratively, efficiently, and effectively to produce industry-leading capture and creative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead capture projects and direct teams of junior artists on multiplayer projects
  • Create high-quality capture and stills for trailers, social content, and other applications
  • Develop bespoke styles and approaches to each asset and achieve content that meets and exceeds industry standards
  • Work closely with editorial, creative leads, producers, designers, and graphics artists to develop content
  • Manage time wisely and maintain peak efficiency by staying in close contact with project producers and creative leadership
Requirements
  • 4-6+ years of experience in game capture at an agency or publisher
  • Experience leading a spectrum of projects from solo cinematic single-player trailers to large-scale multiplayer projects
  • Experience creating detailed documentation for in-game debug tools
