Senior Capture Artist

Hammer Creative is a leading 360 creative agency specializing in the video game industry. We're expanding our London office and seeking a highly skilled Senior Capture Artist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Lead and elevate capture projects, directing teams of junior artists as needed.
  • Develop and implement high-quality capture and creative solutions for AAA+ projects.
  • Collaborate with editorial, creative leads, producers, designers, and graphics artists to achieve content that meets industry standards.
  • Manage time effectively, staying in close contact with project producers and creative leadership to ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Guide, educate, and empower junior artists to succeed in current and future projects.

Requirements:

  • 4-6+ years of experience in game capture at an agency or publisher.
  • Proven track record of leading projects from solo cinematic single-player trailers to large-scale multiplayer projects.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
