As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for leading and elevating capture projects, directing junior artists, and collaborating with creative leads to deliver high-quality capture and creative content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture cinematic, compelling, and industry-leading video and stills for trailers, social content, and other applications.
  • Develop and execute capture strategies to meet project requirements and exceed industry standards.
  • Lead capture projects and direct teams of junior artists to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with editorial, creative leads, producers, designers, and graphics artists to develop bespoke styles and approaches to each asset.
  • Manage time effectively and maintain peak efficiency by staying in close contact with project producers and creative leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve capture quality and perspective.

Requirements:

  • 4-6+ years of experience in game capture at an agency or publisher.
  • Proven track record of leading capture projects and directing teams of junior artists.
  • Working knowledge of Unreal sequencer or other equivalent in-engine tools.
  • Experience creating detailed documentation for in-game debug tools.
