ETI is a leading membership organisation focused on addressing human rights impacts in supply chains. By working with companies, trade unions and NGOs we are uniquely placed to tackle the challenges faced by workers around the world. We support businesses to identify and reduce human rights risks in supply chains, through guidance and collaboration across our membership.

The purpose of this role is to provide project management support to the global partnerships team in the delivery of donor or member-funded projects. It's an exciting time to join ETI, with a growing portfolio of diverse projects, ambitious leadership, and an invigorating policy landscape all driving our determination to improve working conditions and end human rights abuses in global supply chains.

We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and detail-conscious individual to support our global partnerships team, with a strong focus on administrative and programmatic tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office environment with multiple workstreams and fast-paced teams. They should also have a background in supporting the delivery of donor-funded international development projects, managing budgets and allocating resources, and working with international partners and diverse teams. Additionally, experience with the project cycle and familiarity with frameworks such as log-frames, results frameworks, and other project management tools is essential.
