A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHTS TEAM MEMBER AT DOUBLETREE BY HILTON EDINBURGH CITY

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Nights Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following:

You will be responsibile for the smooth running of the Front Desk overnight, creating a 'home away from home' for our guests.
By providing exceptional guest service, you will also be supporting our Housekeeping team by preparing our guest bedrooms and public areas ready for the next day.
You will also support the Nights Manager with any other tasks such as running the Night Audit and Room Service.
