As a Casual Host/Hostess, you will be part of the Food & Beverage Department and will report directly to the Breakfast Supervisor and Outlet Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cleanliness and good condition of provided uniforms, maintain personal appearance and hygiene standards, projecting a professional image for guests
  • Escort guests to their tables, present menus, specials, and beverage lists, and use knowledge to meet their needs
  • If the restaurant is at full capacity, communicate estimated wait times to guests, offer drinks, and manage the guest waiting list
  • Work with Supervisor, Manager, and staff to optimize guest flow in the restaurant
  • Assist in restaurant setup before service
  • Provide exceptional service in line with company policies, SOPs, and industry standards, including assisting colleagues as needed
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures
  • Support in table setting, order taking, serving, equipment upkeep, and buffet maintenance, following department standards
