Raffles London at The OWO embodies the elegance and legacy of Raffles, situated in one of the most iconic locations in the world. This remarkable Grade II* listed Edwardian structure has been meticulously renovated to feature 120 luxurious rooms and suites, alongside a collection of 85 exceptional branded residences. The OWO destination boasts nine exquisite dining establishments and three bars, including a signature venue by renowned chef Mauro Colagreco. The Guerlain spa and Pillar Wellness provide state-of-the-art wellness experiences, complemented by a grand ballroom, The Whitehall, which accommodates up to 600 guests for various events and celebrations.

An outstanding opportunity is available for a Guest Relations Host to join the Raffles London at The OWO.

Reporting to the Head Host, you will be tasked with providing guests with a warm, timely, and efficient service to ensure an exceptional experience for both guests and members. A comprehensive understanding of menu offerings and operational systems is essential.

As a Guest Relations Host, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Addressing guest inquiries in a courteous, prompt, and efficient manner
  • Maintaining extensive knowledge of menu items and all available products
  • Adhering to proper reporting protocols when issues arise
  • Upholding grooming standards, including uniform presentation, cleanliness, and personal hygiene
  • Assisting callers with courtesy and efficiency, ensuring messages are clear and accurately relayed to the appropriate personnel
  • Possessing a thorough understanding of the restaurant's seating arrangements
  • Accompanying guests to their tables and ensuring their comfort
  • Orienting guests within the restaurant and addressing any inquiries regarding the brand, concept, cuisine, and featured artists
  • Complying with restaurant security, fire safety regulations, and all health and safety legislation
  • Implementing sustainable practices in daily operations regarding waste management and procurement
  • Performing additional duties as assigned, which may include working in different departments or restaurants as needed.
