  • 3 Shift Rotating Pattern which is rotating on a weekly
  • Monday to Friday: 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm and 10pm - 6am (Contractor rate will reflect each shift)

We are looking for an experienced MOT & Vehicle Road Tester to work with one of our prestigious vehicle manufacturers.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Vehicle mechanical inspections to ensure the vehicle is road worthy
  • Conducting vehicle on the road testing
  • Ensure that the vehicle is road worthy without any issues
  • Fault finding down to component level
  • Utilising diagnostic tools to identify and rectify any problems effectively
  • Working in accordance to the statement of working requirements
  • Conducting reworking, testing and repairing tasks on the vehicle
  • Responsible for reporting all defects and repairs or rework conducted


Requirements:

  • Qualified Mechanical Engineering in Level 3
  • Proven previous experience as ab MOT Vehicle test inspector
  • Experience within the Automotive Vehicle Manufacturing Industry
  • Working in a busy fast paced environment
  • Experience with conducting quality vehicle inspections
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven previous experience as conducting mechanical inspections
  • Experienced in using reporting quality tools
  • Good communication skills, teamworking abilities and initiative
  • Adhering to all Company standard operating procedures
  • Adhering to all health and safety procedures
  • Working according to the company quality and housekeeping standards
  • Must have Hi-Vis and safety footwear
  • Clean UK/ or equivalent Driving Licence
  • RTW in the UK without restrictions (PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP)
