About the Company:

A dynamic, commercially aware Clinic Manager, ideally with first-hand experience of the aesthetics industry, is required to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of an award-winning, well established non-surgical aesthetics practice based in central London, W2.


The successful candidate will liaise with the medical directors, reception staff, aestheticians (2 snr aestheticians), medical practitioners (5 doctors), suppliers, and support contracts to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the clinic as a whole. Experience as a Practice Manager within a medical clinic and knowledge of CQC protocols would be of benefit, but not essential.


About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitoring and delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Sales. Support FOH staff with all clinic enquiries, by phone and email.
  • Team leadership. Be supportive of the other team members in pursuance of their roles as well as individual goals. Manage rota, holidays, training and incentives.
  • Close management of the clinic’s KPI’s to drive and improve performance.
  • Office management. Assist operations team with stock management and suppliers (ordering and payments) as well as the maintenance of premises and equipment.
  • Compliance. Ensure all regulatory and health and safety protocols and records are maintained.


Qualifications:

Experience in a front-of-house or customer service role, preferably in a medical or aesthetic clinic.

  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
