Job Title: Clinical Psychologist

At Schoen Clinic Chelsea, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team of mental health professionals. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic services to patients with Eating Disorders and/or Anxiety and Mood Disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct therapeutic assessments and interventions with patients
  • Work with children, young people, and adults with Eating Disorders and/or Anxiety and Mood Disorders
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Provide psychological consultation and lead reflective practice sessions
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Psychologist, Service Manager, and Quality Management team to ensure data-driven service improvement
Requirements:
  • Post-qualification experience in conducting specialist assessments and therapeutic interventions
  • Ability to apply knowledge of psychological theories to health and social care
  • Advanced communication skills to communicate complex concepts and sensitive information
  • Experience of using routine outcome measures in clinically meaningful ways
