Job Summary

The Clinical Administrator at Schoen Clinic York will provide exceptional administrative support to patients and colleagues, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming reception service to patients, visitors, consultants, and colleagues.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
  • Respond to and redirect enquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Take and distribute messages, ensuring timely communication.
  • Take minutes for hospital meetings and distribute agendas to relevant parties.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring optimal efficiency.
  • Liaise with IT Support to set up new starters on IT systems.
  • Administer and distribute petty cash, reconciling receipts.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception and waiting area.
  • Restock information leaflets and update reception notice/information boards.
  • Monitor and order stationery and medical sundries.
  • Comply with Health and Safety obligations and promote a healthy, safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding and respect for confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT systems.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize and schedule work independently.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.
  • Maintains a professional conduct at all times.
