Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on serving our leisure clients targeting our leisure centre and holiday park offering both our Airquee and Airparx range of products. The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our extensive range of inflatables and leisure products.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing leisure centre clients.
- Understand clients' needs, preferences, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
2. Business Development:
- Identify and target potential leisure centre clients within the designated territory.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Present product demonstrations and provide information to prospective clients.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Become an expert in Airquee Inflatables' product offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of our products.
4. Sales and Quota Achievement:
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
5. Customer Support:
- Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Coordinate with the customer support team to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
6. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Keep the company informed about emerging trends and customer demands.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the leisure or recreational equipment industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of inflatables and leisure equipment is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel within the designated territory.
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary and attractive commission structure. Basic Salary: £30,000 with the potential for unlimited commission earnings. On Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £50,000
