Trading Venue Compliance Specialist

Our client is a leading investment bank who and they are seeking a legal/compliance specialist to support with the review of trading venue rulebook documentation as part of a front office trading controls programme. It would involve the analysis of legal agreements for the bank's trading venue partnerships to understand legal and regulatory exposure/accountability.


The ideal candidate would have:

  • Legal/compliance background with a good Capital Markets knowledge
  • Experience in analysis of legal documentation/agreements in a Capital Markets environment
  • Ideally a knowledge of trading venues and rules associated with them
  • Knowledge of regulations such as EMIR/MiFID
