Join Our Team: Field Application Specialist at Essex Cardiothoracic Centre, Essex, England.

Are you tech-savvy and passionate about healthcare? Join us as a Field Application Specialist at Essex Cardiothoracic Centre and provide support to users with our AutocathFFR software.


Responsibilities

- Oversee the product's transition from the development phase to the implementation and customer training phase.

- Conduct customer training after installation.

- Act as the primary liaison for clients in Cath labs, providing comprehensive support.

- Communicate client feedback to R&D and management teams.

- Facilitate the implementation of new and upgraded products at client sites.

- Document and follow up on user-reported issues, ensuring effective internal support and implementation of corrective measures.

- Validate clinical use cases and perform usability testing.


Qualifications

- Current BSc/MD student in Biology, Medicine, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, X-ray Technology, or a related field.

- Self-motivated and highly organized with exceptional time management skills.

- A keen learner with a desire to understand various aspects of the company.

- Highly motivated, with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills.


Requirements

- Available to work from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3-4 days per week.

- Comfortable working in a clinical environment, specifically a Cath Lab.

- Strong computer literacy and technical skills.

- Exceptional attention to detail.

- Quick-thinking, proactive problem solver with a positive attitude.

- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.

- Willing to undergo a background check if necessary.
