Application Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team at Leonardo. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our business-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain the health of our applications, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support to users, responding to incidents and service requests in accordance with agreed SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our applications, including their functionality, configuration, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in application support, applying this knowledge to improve our services.
- Proven experience in application support, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
