We are excited to be working with a leading provider of mortgage solutions, who are looking for an Administrator to join their team at KFS Recruitment.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced Specialist Sales Support team members, supporting the processing of specialist lending applications and providing administrative support across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Specialist Consultants in the processing of specialist lending applications, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Handle and monitor calls as part of the team, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Provide administrative support, including data inputting and processing, to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Assist with correspondence between the sales team and introducers, maintaining strong relationships and communication.
  • Manage a busy inbox of external referrals and respond in a timely and appropriate manner, ensuring prompt action and resolution.
  • Liaise with lenders and third parties on behalf of the consultants, facilitating smooth transactions and negotiations.
  • Book appointments and manage the diary of colleagues when requested, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination.
  • Undertake basic administrative duties across the business, contributing to a productive and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • A motivated and focused individual with the ability to learn new skills quickly, adapting to changing business needs.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail oriented with commercial awareness of business requirements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A strong grasp of written English, with excellent proof-reading skills to ensure error-free documentation.
  • Computer literate in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
