Business Standards Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Standards Associate to join our team at Stonebridge Mortgage Solutions Limited. As a Business Standards Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the compliance of our mortgage and insurance advisers with operating procedures, the Stonebridge Performance Management System, and FCA regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and provide feedback on mortgage and insurance cases to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to upskill our advisers, fostering good practice and standards.
  • Deal with adviser queries by phone and email, giving instructions to complete cases in line with standards and regulations.
  • Review sales promotions and documentation, providing feedback and guidance as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous mortgage file reviewing or adviser experience.
  • Experience of providing one-to-one feedback around compliance or receiving one-to-one feedback around compliance as a mortgage adviser.
  • Able to fully satisfy the pre-employment screening process, which comprises of right to work, identity, 5 years referencing, AML, credit screen, financial sanctions, and DBS checks.
