We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our administration department at our headquarters in Laindon, Essex.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level support to the Managing Director, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
- Manage telephone communication, using the TEAMS telephone system, and handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Coordinate meetings, scheduling, preparing agendas and minutes, and typing correspondence and documents.
- Book and plan travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Manage expenses, handle related expenses, and prepare expense submissions.
- Liaise with stakeholders, manage personal tasks, and plan and organise corporate and personal events.
- Several years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders.
- Confident in managing responsibilities, taking initiative, and adapting to change.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, numeracy, and attention to detail.
- Relevant training or qualifications, and good touch-typing speed.
The successful applicant will be eligible for a pension scheme and generous other benefits.
The salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
