We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our administration department at our headquarters in Laindon, Essex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level support to the Managing Director, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
  • Manage telephone communication, using the TEAMS telephone system, and handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate meetings, scheduling, preparing agendas and minutes, and typing correspondence and documents.
  • Book and plan travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Manage expenses, handle related expenses, and prepare expense submissions.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, manage personal tasks, and plan and organise corporate and personal events.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders.
  • Confident in managing responsibilities, taking initiative, and adapting to change.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, numeracy, and attention to detail.
  • Relevant training or qualifications, and good touch-typing speed.
