Job Title: Application Support Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team at Leonardo. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining a stack of business critical applications, ensuring seamless service delivery and enabling users to perform their daily tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor applications and services via a service management tool, reacting to incidents and service requests to agreed SLAs.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues as soon as possible, working systematically and remaining focused under pressure.
  • Investigate and recommend courses of action to avoid repeat occurrences, covering process changes, improved monitoring, user training, or formal changes to code or configuration.
  • Collaborate with other team members, providing support during holidays to ensure service continuity.
  • Travel to one of our sites in Edinburgh, Luton, or Basildon as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Empathy with users, patience, and understanding.
  • Investigation and diagnostic skills, with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience in software such as Siemens Teamcenter Unified, MS Office, SQL, Visual Basic, Primavera P6, Java, FlexLM is an advantage.
