Job Summary:

  • Provide technical support to users, responding to incidents and service requests in accordance with agreed SLAs.

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our applications, including their functionality, configuration, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in application support, applying this knowledge to improve our services.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in application support, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
