We are looking for an **Application Support Specialist** to support the day to day running of the Fulfilment Technology stack from an App Specialist angle.

**You will be accountable for**:
- Ensuring all documentation relating to Application processes and functionality is in place and updated alongside technical development
- Maintaining an uptime on all system endpoints to a region of 99.9%
- Accurately prioritise and categorise requests or incidents alongside the priority levels set by the business.
- Escalation of unresolved issues to the relevant SME
- Proactively monitor inbound and outbound data to prevent and reduce incidents.
- Cross-skilling with other members of the Technology team assist in other areas of the platform lifecycle
- Providing both frequent and ad-hoc reporting to business members as required utilising MySQL and business intelligence tooling
**To be successful in this role you will require the following**
- 3+ years' experience in IT
- General education of GCSE level A-C is required
- Experience in front line technical support
- Hands on experience with Cloud based infrastructure (AWS)
- Experience with monitoring tooling such as CloudWatch, Sentry, and App Dynamics
- Highly competent reading and writing SQL based queries, specifically MySQL
- Knowledge and hands on experience with at least 1 scripting programming language
- System Analysis skills are a must
- Technically knowledgeable in software development concepts
- Understanding of technology stack Front-end/Back-end/Cloud
- Proficiency in using Slack and Trello
- Previous experience within International Logistics would be advantageous
