The Role
Our company is at an exciting stage of its business development. A very successful family business, we are looking to employ an enthusiastic and conscientious customer service co-ordinator to complement our sales team.
In this role you will work closely with the Sales Director to help with its implementation. It is a unique opportunity for the right person to use their existing skills to shape a role. If you have a passion for customer service, who thrives in working in a stimulating environment then this could be for you.
Please note that NO window or construction industry experience is required in this role.

Your duties
* Maintaining excellent communication with customers either over the phone or via email delivering a 5-star experience
* Taking ownership of certain supplier accounts and providing customers with quotations
* Using supplier’s online software quoting programmes and obtaining accurate prices in a timely manner
* Utilising the CRM system to maintain efficient customer interactions and to allow the smooth operation of the sales team
* Flexible approach to the sales team in meeting their day-to-day needs
Skills Required
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
* Team player, willing to support others yet able to show initiative
* Excellent organisational skills
* Good level of computer literacy and confidence in acquiring skills in the use of a variety of online software programmes
* Have a conscientious and proactive approach, coupled with a proven ability to plan, and prioritise multi-task requests
