Barnet Window Company is atan exciting stage of its business development. A very successfulfamily business we are looking to employ an enthusiastic andconscientious customer service coordinator to complement our salesteam.

In this role you will work closely with theSales Director to help with its implementation. It is a uniqueopportunity for the right person to use their existing skills toshape a role. If you have a passion for customer service and thrivein working in a stimulating environment then this could be foryou.

Please note that NO window or constructionindustry experience is required in thisrole.

Your duties

  • Maintaining excellentcommunication with customers either over the phone or via emaildelivering a 5star experience
  • Taking ownershipof certain supplier accounts and providing customers withquotations
  • Using suppliers online softwarequoting programmes and obtaining accurate prices in a timelymanner
  • Utilising the CRMsystem to maintain efficient customer interactions and facilitatethe smooth operation of the sales team
  • Flexibleapproach to the sales team in meeting their daytodayneeds

SkillsRequired

  • Superbcommunication skills both written andverbal
  • Excellent attention to detail andaccuracy
  • Team player willing to support othersyet able to show initiative
  • Excellentorganisational skills
  • Good level of computerliteracy and confidence in acquiring skills in the use of a varietyof online software programmes
  • Have aconscientious and proactive approach coupled with a proven abilityto plan and prioritise multitask requests
