Are you looking for a technically interesting role where you will use your technical & engineering background to assist clients with bespoke projects as part of a passionate team with a company who can offer a remote role with an early finish on a Friday?
This fantastic company specialise in the design & manufacture of bespoke products for their clients and due to a very full order book they are now looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their passionate team in a permanent remote role.
In this role you will be the technical point of contact for clients both here in the UK & internationally, helping to deliver a brilliant customer experience.
You will be required to communicate with key customers to understand their product needs and requirements and act as a voice of the customer within the company. As part of the role, you will be expected to work with the customer to help evolve and manage their products and keep the customer abreast of any production and or developments. In addition, you will be required to complete customer metric analysis and maintain clear and up to date records on the CRM system. You will be required to go to the site in Brackley once or twice a month to liaise with engineering & sales teams & also to travel occasionally to clients' sites to ensure you are giving them the best possible service.

The role will suit a Technical Account Manager from an Engineering background, looking for a remote role where you will assist clients with bespoke projects & liaise with the sales & engineering teams to produce tailored, low volume manufactured products, in a varied & interesting role.
The role:
Serve as the lead point of contact for key customer accounts & products, creating a better customer service experience.
Project mange product development through the company.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Act as the customers voice within our organisation.
The person:
A Technical Support / Account manager with an engineering background & the ability to understand technical engineering requirements and communicate these to relevant personal.
A great communicator & passionate about providing the best possible service to a loyal international client base
Flexible to travel as and when requird.
Motivated and Self-disciplined, a confident decision maker who takes responsibility for their own performance.
Ability to work under pressure.
