Technical Sales Executive

My mine is looking for an Inside Technical Sales Executive with extensive experience within Building Management Systems. This candidate will ideally have experience within BMS Systems sold into hospitals, to control air pressure, air quality, filter systems, technology used in theatre to keep the air at set temperatures. Experience within a clinical setting would be essential for this role. The main hub for this client is in Brighton, however this candidate can be based anywhere within the UK.
Essential functions
Proactive customer account management, (Primarily Phone, Teams etc with occasional face-face as and when required)
Data analysis of customer accounts, market sectors and product groups of the named accounts
Gathering and recording of market intelligence
Recording of Qualifying Leads to Opportunities using Standard Work procedures.
Communication of pricing updates to customers
Pricing negotiations with customers
Take ownership and management of new OEM opportunities.
Comfortable with Budget/quota responsibility for allocated accounts
May be assigned additional projects and responsibilities at the sole discretion of the Inside Sales Manager - EMEA
Technical Skills and Knowledge
English with fluency in German is preferred, strong candidates with French or Spanish will also be considered.
Strong sales experience with a technical product (Building Services/BMS, Electronic Temperature Controllers, Sensing technology)
Relevant experience in Inside Sales, and/or Business Development in a technical sales or industrial/BMS environment
Excellent Numeracy skills
Proficient skills of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
Solid grounding and understanding of CRM (SFDC is preferred)
SAP Skills advantageous
