Delegate Sales Team Leader

hubXchange is a provider of cutting-edge “Xchange” events for the Life Sciences community. We work globally with senior executives from Pharma and Biotech to deliver high-level content and thought-leadership roundtable events in the Antibody Therapeutics, Drug Delivery, Advanced Therapies, Immunotherapies, Oligonucleotides, and AI in Drug Discovery .
We are now looking for a Delegate Sales Team Leader to manage a small team of Delegate Sales Executives.
We will provide an extensive three-month training programme to help develop the right individual into a successful sales manager.
This is a hybrid role, so you will also invite delegates across our international portfolio of Xchanges.
Key Tasks:
- Manage small team of Delegate Sales Executives
- Invite delegates across several HubXchange events
- Engage with senior business leaders across social media, email campaigns and phone calls
- Become embedded within the content of the industry you are working within
- Work with our CRM system to optimise your targeted sales campaigns
- Research the market and generate your leads and enquiries to call
- Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets and take home hefty commissions
Key Skills & Experience:
- 1-2 Years of Delegate Sales Experience (B2B C-level sales experience preferable but not essential)
- 6-12 Months of Sales Management experience
- Phone Friendly – Enjoy talking to C-Level industry leaders on telephone and conference calls
- Commercially aware with good research skills
- Passionate about developments in Life Science space
- Self-motivated with lots of energy & enthusiasm to hit targets and make money
- Well-organised and able to manage your diary efficiently
- Willing to learn quickly and to constantly develop your skills
- Excited to work in a fun, fast-paced, small team.
- Sociable - you will be travelling the world networking at our events
