Demand Generation Manager

The marketing department within the business has evolved drastically from how it was viewed in March of last year. It used to be seen as a reactive department which mainly served to hold up brand identity and visibility across a few channels. Now, the marketing team has grown from just one person to seven – spread across Sweden, the UK, North America, and Australia.
The next part of this team expansion is to hire a Demand Generation Manager. Although the team has made way with setting up a few programmes to increase demand and leads, what they’ve realised is that they need a specialist to come in who can take the lead across this responsibility and shape what the process looks like in future. This role will be the key between sales, product, and marketing when executing global strategies to increase demand.
The team will provide support and guidance where needed, but this is a role where you will have the freedom and autonomy to dictate the demand generation projects you want to set up. You will be in a position where you are regularly aligning with the sales and product teams globally to drive your decision making and programmes.
From a results perspective, you will be focused on increasing the sales pipeline, driving deals through marketing activities, and hitting certain metrics for engagement. All in an effort to increase ARR.
Ideal Background:
· Experience in a B2B SaaS business.
· Understanding of financial automation.
· Being comfortable with Dynamics CRM (or similar CRMs).
· Having experience leading demand generation projects
