Web Manager ( Principal Digital Marketing)

We’re looking for an experienced Web Manager to join our Team. Reporting to the Demand Marketing Director, you will be responsible for our web marketing strategy, playing a crucial role in developing and executing plans to increase traffic, improve visitor engagement, and drive conversion rates on our website. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer journey development and web UX, experience of developing content strategies to support these journeys, be able to create and build pages within Wordpress, and be skilled in using data and analytics to identify and action improvements. They will be comfortable working across the marketing team to understand business needs, reconcile competing priorities, and be skilled in influencing multiple stakeholders to gain support.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop customer journeys to and through sabre.com to influence and generate interest amongst key customer segments.

Collaborate with campaign teams, content managers and web developers to define content needs, design high performing pages and ensure the user experience across the site is simple, engaging and consistent.

Build and update pages as needed, either directly in the Wordpress CMS or briefing developers if more complex.

As required, brief external agencies to improve the web experience for our customers and prospects.

Analyze performance versus site KPI’s and recommend/implement improvements

Job Requirements

5+ years digital marketing experience, ideally with global, b2b technology companies.

Proven ability to define and deliver coherent customer journeys to, and through, websites with multiple audiences, segments and products.

Understanding of core brand and marketing principles to deliver highly engaging web pages that meet user goals.

Experience working with Wordpress, leveraging block patterns to build pages.

Ability to utilize GA4 and/or other web analytics tools to report on performance and identify improvements required.

Experienced in leading projects with excellent project management skills. ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver on multiple projects at once.

Comfortable with ambiguity and self-drive to independently organize and lead digital activities globally, having accountability for results and deliverables.

Highly motivated, deadline driven and highly efficient with proven experience of delivering against plans, achieving targets and meeting deadlines.

Experience of SEO, especially keyword and on page content development an advantage, as is use of search tools like SEMRush.

Additional European languages a plus but not critical
