About the role
Your role will be to support the recruitment teams of this busy recruitment agency on the rail and aviation side of the business. Working with the Lead Recruiters, Training and Compliance Manager and the other Compliance Administrators to perform all administration duties in a timely, accurate and effective manner.
Some Duties :
Perform Sentinel Co-Ordinator duties which include processing incoming/outgoing sponsorship requests,
Processing all new starter workers including identification checks
Conducting monthly audits on calibration of equipment and completing associated paperwork
Procurement and management of any hired commercial vehicles
Working closely with the other Compliance Administrators and Training Administrators as a collaborative team
Ordering PPE for the contractors and stock for our Hertford Office
About you
Ideally you will be able to demonstrable experience in a previous similar role
Have outstanding communication skills including internally and externally
· Strong and accurate IT skills including all MS packages
· Excellent attention to detail
· Eye for continuous improvement to processes
· Organised and self-motivated, autonomous
· Able to work in a team and by yourself
· Be able to effectively prioritise, work to deadlines and perform well under pressure
