Oversee the rollout of new technological solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Analyse operational processes and implement improvements to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in a senior operations role ideally with SaaS, Technology, Consulting or B2B sectors.

A proven track record in effectively managing a range of OKR's and KPI's.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
In-depth understanding of customer experience and retention strategies.
