We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Co-ordinator here at our head office based in Ipswich. The successful candidate will be assisting the fleet manager in the day to day running of all vehicles within One Group Construction, which consists of approximately 400 vehicles across the 7 group companies.
This is a permanent full time position working Monday – Friday (37.5 hours a week) which after a successful probation period offers potential hybrid working with 3 days in our Ipswich office and 2 days at home.
Main duties include:
* Manage and co-ordinate fleet requirements for all operating areas.
* Liaison with leasing companies, dealerships, and vehicle manufacturers.
* Arrange new vehicle quotations.
* Monitoring and re-writing of mileage contracts.
* Disposal of vehicles at the end of contract.
* Grey Fleet management.
* Arrange hire and demonstration vehicles.
* On the road driver assessments (training to be provided)
* Co-ordinate and manage fleet-related insurance claims.
* Administration of monthly business mileage claims
* Ensure all work complies with quality, safety and environmental policies and the requirements of company procedures.
* Other fleet related tasks as and when required.

We are seeking an individual who is highly organised with excellent attention to detail. They must be a confident communicator who is personable and committed to delivering outstanding service.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a fleet position and be able to demonstrate sound working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
