**circa £55,000**

A leading Charge Point Operator who design and manufacture, Electric Vehicle (EV) Chargers alongside intelligent software for residential properties and fleets. Operating in 10 countries with their software being used in over 30 countries. Working with big customer names such as Amazon, Tesco & UPS.

Our client is seeking a Electrical Estimator to join their team based either on a hybrid basis or remote from their office in Ipswich.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide relevant performance data to support preparation and creation of weekly and monthly reports
- Determining the electrical needs of the project.
- Working closely with our project managers and designers and sales team to provide customer tailored bids
- Identify any risk to the business within tenders whilst highlighting at final review
- calculating the cost of materials, transport, labour and equipment hire
- obtaining quotes for all predicted requirements from sub-contractors and suppliers
- Handover successful tender information so the operational teams are suitably briefed
- Convert estimates into tender submission
- Assess tender documentation requirements and present tender proposals

**Skills / Experience**
- Knowledge and understanding of customer service and impact on business performance.
- Strong proven background within a similar role of an electrical estimator position, ideally within the M&E sector and HV electrical services.
- Understanding of the understanding of CDM responsibilities and the cost impact on projects.
- Ability to manage/coordinate large to small project pricing programs
- Knowledge of IDNO/DNO equipment specifications would be an advantage but not essential
- Ability to work in a pressured environment as part of a highly focused team.
