Have you worked in roles like Ambulance Driver, EMS Driver, Patient Transport Driver or similar? (Not essential but desirable)

  • Must have a C1 Driving Licence
  • Maximum of 3 points on driving licence
  • Interested in ongoing temporary role as an Ambulance Fleet Driver?
  • Available to work shifts from 6 am to 10 pm, 37.5 hours per week in Suffolk?
  • Immediate start possible within 1-2 weeks if fully compliant

Your World Recruitment is looking for Ambulance Fleet Drivers to work in Suffolk on an ongoing basis.

Job Details

Working Schedule

Rota basis, 7 days/week including weekends

37.5 hours/week

Shift Times:

  • 6 am - 2 pm
  • 2 pm - 10 pm (including breaks)

Pay Rates:

£12.82 per hour for hours worked 6 am to 8 pm

£16.50 per hour for hours worked 8 pm to 10 pm

£20.50 per hour on Sundays/Bank Holidays

Job Purpose

  • Safely collect and deliver Trust vehicles
  • Carry out road tests on vehicles
  • Flexibility on hours and working days

Responsibilities

  • Communicate information to workshop staff and managers
  • Deliver and collect vehicles between sites
  • Conduct road tests and vehicle checks
  • Report defects
  • Keep vehicles and equipment safe
  • Maintain communication with coordinators
  • Complete necessary records

Qualifications/Skills

  • C1 Driving Licence
  • Maximum 3 points on licence
  • Able to work required shifts in Suffolk
