Driving Duties
- You will be responsible for the safe collection and delivery of Trust vehicles. This will both

include movement between stations, between stations and Trust workshops, or between

stations and other designated vehicle repairers. Occasional pickup from other locations may

also be required.
- To ensure all vehicles are always driven in a safe and economical manner and in line with

Trust policy, noting that the vehicles are easily identified as belonging to the Trust.
- To carry out vehicle daily inspections to ensure vehicles are safe to drive.
- To carry out extended road tests of vehicles during both collection and delivery to ensure the

vehicles are ready for use by the Trust. These hours of collection and delivery will extend

beyond the normal working day, so flexibility on start and finish times and working days will be

required.

Cleaning Duties
- To clean ambulances for operational duty to agreed Infection Prevention and Control (IPC)

quality standards for the benefit of our patients and staff.
- All cleaning duties of both inside and outside of Trust vehicles are to be in accordance with

Trust IPC standards and methodology.
- The role will involve shift working including nights and weekends.

**Salary**: £10.42-£15.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Driving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- C1 Driving Licence (preferred)
