Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager / Business Development Manager with a strong background in sales and industrial refrigeration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and promoting our clients range of refrigeration solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join a forward-thinking company and play a key role in its expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial refrigeration market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Monitor sales performance and report on progress to senior management.
Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in a sales or business development role within the industrial refrigeration sector.
Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, components, and applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid UK driving license.
