This is an exciting time to work with us as our organisation is undergoing a global transformation, bringing together our global P&C and L&OD specialists to collaborate on some exciting projects.

The opportunity

As a team member of our global L&D team, our Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for working with the Director of Global L&D to execute the global L&D Strategy in initially for the UK, in our AECA region.

You will be delivering on our global L&D strategy by managing and implementing learning, capability and talent development requirements in partnership with the Regional P&C Director and Regional Leaders.

Duties

Support and implement the Global Learning and Development Strategy; and contribute to Global L&D efforts (programs, projects, initiatives)nAssist with the development of AECA Regional L&D plan in alignment with the global L&D strategynLead the design and delivery of UK L&D programs (which may include global programs) and initiatives in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders.nWorks closely with other specialist functions such as Employee Ex, EDIB; Health and Wellbeing, Total Reward (global mobility); People Analytics /HRIS.nConduct needs analysis specific to the UK and maps programs and initiatives to address gaps, with focus areas outlined in the global strategy.nDevelops project plans for projects and initiatives including scope, stakeholders, timelines, implementation, change management required, and in association with Regional P&C, and other Specialist functions, where appropriate.

Experience and knowledge

Previous experience designing, planning, and delivering L&D programsnStrong facilitation and presentation skillsnDemonstrates an ability to influence, collaborate, build, and maintain effective working relationships with managers and colleaguesnWorking knowledge of designing and reporting on L&D MetricsnLMS experience – Workday beneficialnOccasional travel might be requirednCIPD or equivalent accreditation
