They've grown year on year with incredibly positive growth plans for 2024 and beyond, now looking for an additional head to their Learning and Development team.

This role will be part of a new Learning and Development function on the growth of their strategy across the globe, aligning deliverables, designing and delivering, overseeing internship programmes and shaping their newest programme internationally.

The ideal candidate should have 4 + years' experience in a Learning and Development role from Financial Services (ideally Investment Management, Hedge Fund or Quantitative Trading).

Responsibilities:

Shaping the Learning and Development strategy globally.nDesigning, delivering and implementing training programmes to various levels from intern through to senior stakeholders.nManaging firm-wide training plans; full coordination, scheduling and management.nLeading induction programmes for the firm successfully; overseeing internship programmes.nUtilising data and analytics to generate comprehension reports to improve efforts.nAssisting with L&D Projects across the globe; partnering with senior management and suggesting new, innovative ideas.

Requirements:

4+ years' experience operating in a Learning and Development capacity.nExperience working in a mid-sized financial services environment; ideal with expertise partnering across Europe and APAC.nAbility to design and deliver training from scratch.nAbility to work collaboratively, suggest ideas, showcase confidence, and lead.
