A part of Thomas Telford Ltd, the commercial subsidiary of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), the NEC Contract Suite is a benchmark for best practice in the procurement and delivery of work, services and supplies and it is successfully supporting the delivery of thousands of projects worldwide.

The Role:

NEC is seeking a highly motivated and creative eLearning Development Specialist to join our Learning Solution Development team. You will play a key role in developing engaging and effective eLearning solutions that support our clients' diverse learning needs and align with our organisation's strategic goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, curate, and implement eLearning solutions using a variety of methods.nWork collaboratively with subject-matter experts and stakeholders to transform learning materials into interactive modules.nUtilise your expertise in instructional design and authoring tools (like Articulate or Adobe Captivate) to create high-quality eLearning content.nManage eLearning projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.nConduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest eLearning trends and best practices.nParticipate and lead in product demonstrations and testing sessions.nMaintain and update existing digital learning products, assist the team with eLearning process training, including the creation of instructional guides.

What we are looking for:

Background in commercial eLearning developmentnProficiency in using content authoring tools (e.g. Articulate) is essentialnPrior experience in working with technical/specialist learning content is preferrednAbility to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality worknA strong understanding of learning principles, multimedia learning, and UX designnPrior experience with developing and delivering successful eLearning programmesnExcellent communication and time management skills with keen attention to detailnDemonstrated creativity, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learningnProficiency in Spanish (desired)
