Artis Customer Contact is pleased to be working with a leading brand in search of a high-calibre B2B Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a sales-focused account management team within a fast-paced, diverse, and driven environment.
Sales Manager Role Overview:
As the B2B Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Commercial Director and hold full accountability for business development, client relationships, and customer satisfaction. You will be leading a team tasked with managing large corporate business accounts, providing products and solutions to customers. Demonstrable evidence of sales growth is essential, along with the experience and gravitas to manage a team of Sales Account Managers effectively.
Key Sales Manager Responsibilities:
* Lead and support your team to develop and implement strategic B2B sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
* Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate customers to maximize sales growth.
* Support your team in negotiating contracts and agreements to secure profitable business opportunities.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
* Ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets through effective performance leadership.
Required Sales Manager Experience and Qualifications:
* At least 5 years' experience in a relevant B2B sales leadership role.
* Proven track record of sales accountability and delivering business growth.
* Further management qualifications and/or equivalent experience are highly desirable.
* Experience in managing a team of Sales Account Managers with a focus on large corporate business accounts.
Key Sales Manager Skills and Attributes:
* Robust character with the ability to remain focused on sales growth.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to develop strong business relationships.
* Strong communication skills at all levels with both customers and the wider group.
* The gravitas and skills required to build and motivate a high-performing sales team
Benefits include bonus, pension, car allowance, health care, life assurance, 28 days holiday + bank holidays, and much more. Due to the nature of this role, there will be a requirement to be in the office 2-3 days per week. This role would be initially a 6-month fixed term contract, which is highly likely to go permanent.
